Reserves second defeat of weekend
Despite failing to score for the first 20 minutes a cracking goal from Malachy Coyle kept the reserves in touch and they trailed by four at the break 1 - 00 to 0 - 07. Loughmacrory had the better of the second half exchanges and a point from Shane McCullagh followed by four fine strikes from Barry McElduff, three from frees, propelled them to within one point of their opponents but that was as close as they were to get before the final whistle blew.
