Sunday 24 April 2005 DUNGANNON 0 – 08 0 – 06 LOUGHMACRORY Seniors winning streak ended by Dungannon Clarke's This was a low scoring encounter which saw five players yellow carded and Loughmacrory’s Mark McCullagh pick up a straight red near the end of the first half. Loughmacrory opened brightly with two points from Ciarán Ward in the first and fourth minute of he game. Ger Cavlan had posted the first of his five points by the time John Gallagher registered Loughmacrory’s third and final score of the first half in the twelfth minute. The St Teresa’s then went thirty minutes without raising a flag until Ronan Ward sent over the first of his two points from a free in the twelfth minute of the second period. By this time Dungannon had increased their tally to five and two further scores from Ger Cavlan gave them a three point lead with twelve minutes to go at 0 -04 to 0 -07. Stevie Conway pulled one back for the Lough and Ronan Ward’s second score of the day brought them to within a point of the home side. It was Cavlan however who had the final say in the affair with a pointed free leveling the final score Dungannon 0 -08 Loughmacrory 0 -06.
