Galbally inflict heavy defeat
Loughmacrory opened their account through a Ronan Ward penalty in the tenth minute to take the lead from Galbally who had began with two points. Ronan added a further two points and these along with a point from Brendan Ward helped to pull away from the home side in the first quarter. Galbally responded however before the half ended and went in with ahead at the break, 2 – 05 to 1 – 05.
Despite three further points from Ronan Ward Galbally matched them and went on to pull away in the final ten minutes to take a comfortable victory.
