Reserves win in Aghnacloy with something to spare
The reserves scored their fourth win of the season in Aghnacloy on Sunday running out easy winners against the local Aghaloo O’Neills. Ahead at half time by nine points on a 2 – 06 to 0 – 03 scoreline they continued to dominate for most of the second period. Sean O’Kane pointing a free in the third minute after he himself had been fouled and a minute later the writing was on the wall for the border side when Benny Ward took a pass from Micky McCullagh to rattle home Loughmacrory’s third goal and open up a twelve points gap. The O’Neills only managed another three points in the second half as the St Teresa’s piled on the pressure with two points apiece from Sean O’Kane, Karl Logue and Eoin Harte and one each from Ryan Keenan and Ryan Donaghy
