Under 10 boys win Johnny Begley Cup
The under 10 boys had a great day’s football in Carrickmore on Saturday 12th September. They beat Carrickmore B, Clogher & drew with Galbally in their League section to qualify for the semi final against Pomeroy. They beat Pomeroy in semi final 2-4 to 1-3 and so progressed to the final where they were pitted against the hosts Carrickmore A. They had kept their best football for the final and ran out comfortable winners on a 3 – 06 to 1 – 02 scoreline.
