TRILLICK 4 - 05 4 - 06 LOUGHMACRORY
Under 14’s Stay Top
The Under 14’s travelled to Trillick on Tuesday evening for a very tough away fixture. The game was played in perfect conditions and in what was a tightly contested match. The lead swapped hands on numerous occasions. By half time Trillick were winning by 2 - 03 to the Lough’s 1 - 04. But the boys fought well in the second half to stay just in touch.
With full time beckoning and down by two points Cathal Donaghy hit a great goal to secure a valuable victory. Shane Dobbs had a great game in defence and up front Ryan Curran worked very hard throughout. Thanks must go out to our big travelling support that played a huge part in the victory, making the game feel more like a home fixture. A special word of thanks to the supporters who “volunteered” to be linesmen and umpires
