Seniors come away with the points from Stewartstown
Stewartstown put up a battling second half display to hold visitors Loughmacrory to three points at the end of this game which finished with twenty seven players on the field. Although there was a lot of niggling it could not be described as a dirty match.
Ronan Ward top scored for the visitors with eight points, his accuracy from placed balls keeping the visitors ahead at vital times three from placed balls. His first conversion was on four minutes and five minutes later he made an excellent turn on the end line to pick up a long ball in from Ciarán Ward to split the posts.
