Four goals clinch points for Reserves
Two goals from Gavin Conway, one in each half, and a goal apiece from Eon Harte and Rocker helped the reserves to a comfortable 9 points win over Clan na nGael in Pairc An Locha.
The visitors had gone two nil up before Conway struck with his first goal to take the lead, a lead which Loughmacrory were to hold to the final whistle.
Leading 1 - 03 to 0 - 02 at half time a goal from Eoin Harte in the first minute of the second half saw the Lough increase their lead to seven points. Clan na nGael did manage another few points but Gavin Conway’s second goal in the tenth minute of the half really put the game beyond their reach and to put the icing on the cake the Rocker rattled the Clan’s net with three minutes left to play.
